5.1 Registration/Application Fee
The registration/application fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

For Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected persons, and students who do not require a Canadian Study Permit, tuition fees become non-refundable once the student has commenced classes or accessed course materials.
5.3 International Students
This section applies to international students who require a Canadian Study Permit.
Students are eligible for a tuition refund only if their Study Permit application is officially refused by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), provided that they have not commenced their studies. The registration/application fee is non-refundable.
In all other circumstances, including where the Study Permit has been approved, or where a Study Permit is not required because the student is participating in online learning from outside Canada, all tuition fees become non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed.
5.4 Course Change
Students who request a course change before the official programme start date may, subject to the Academy’s approval, be charged an administrative fee of CAD 80–100, at the sole discretion of the Academy and depending on the circumstances.
5.5 Dismissal
Students dismissed due to misconduct, academic dishonesty, violation of Academy policies, or submission of fraudulent or falsified documentation are not entitled to any refund.
5.6 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within thirty (30) business days and, whenever possible, will be issued to the original payer using the original method of payment.
6. General Conditions

- This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada
