A highly motivated and accomplished educational leader with over two decades of experience in academic administration, institutional leadership, and educational quality assurance across Canada, and Middle East. In his career, he has held senior leadership positions, including School Principal, Academic Director, Vice Principal, and Academic/educational Coordinator. His extensive international experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of diverse educational systems, curriculum development, school operations, and effective instructional leadership.

His academic qualification consists of Master’s degree, a Bachelor’s degree, a Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management from the United Kingdom, and a professional teaching qualification. His career includes leadership responsibilities within prominent educational institutions and school networks, where he has overseen academic programs, supported teacher development, strengthened institutional policies, and implemented strategies to enhance student achievement. His professional expertise also encompasses educational accreditation, regulatory compliance, institutional evaluation, and continuous school improvement.

Throughout his leadership journey, Muhammad Zubair has played an important role in preparing educational institutions for external inspections and accreditation reviews, including successful accreditation processes under Cognia/AdvancED and regulatory evaluations by education authorities. He brings valuable experience in academic quality assurance, curriculum implementation, student assessment, and the integration of educational technology. His approach combines strategic planning with practical school management, emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and a commitment to maintaining high academic standards.
