Ms. June Liang

Ms. June (Yingjun) Liang is a core Visual Art and Animation Design teacher at Q-Learning Institute, bringing a rich background in both professional animation production and children’s art education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Arts from South China Normal University and completed two post-graduate certificates in Computer Animation and Digital Character Design at Sheridan College, graduating with honours. Her training covers 2D and 3D animation fundamentals, character design, modeling, texturing, lighting, and compositing. June has worked as a 3D animator for leading North American studios such as Guru Studio, Jam Filled, Elliott Animation, and Snowball Studios. Her credits include well-known productions like Fancy Nancy (Disney Jr.), A Tale Dark and Grimm (Netflix Original), and True Rainbow Kingdom, where she developed high-quality character acting and storytelling animation.

Beyond her studio career, June has years of experience teaching children and teenagers in drawing and art fundamentals. She previously taught at XiaoXing Children Art Education and various art studios, helping young learners build strong sketching skills and unleash their creativity. At Maple Ridge Academy, she designs engaging workshops and art camps that make visual arts and animation fun and inspiring for all students.
